hippo.camp
hippo.camp is the choregraphic project of Eli Lécuru, for 5 interpreters and 1 musician. The piece is under conception.

It is a common research which starts from the intuitions of Eli, inspired by the themes of metamorphosis, ritual, circular dancing, the camp and cosmogony.

For this project, I'm using a Hurdy Gurdy, a medieval instrument with a magnetic sound. I also use a small instrumentarium composed by a guitalele, a mandoline, a child xylophone, percussions and a looping device.
